Selected App Screen Time is designed to help users track daily foreground screen time for selected apps on their own device. We respect your privacy and keep the app simple and local.
Selected App Screen Time does not collect, upload, sell, or share personal data. Selected apps, groups, card order, notes, chart settings, and saved daily screen time records are stored locally on your device.
The app may request Android Usage Access permission. This permission is used only to calculate daily foreground screen time for apps that you choose to track. The app does not read the content inside other apps, messages, passwords, notifications, browsing content, or private files.
The app saves daily foreground screen time records locally when you open the app, refresh, or view charts. These records are used only to show your selected apps' history charts. They are not uploaded to any server.
If you use the backup feature, the app creates a local backup file only at the location you choose. The backup may include added apps, groups, card order, notes, chart settings, and saved daily records. The app does not upload backup files. If you import a backup, it replaces the current local data in the app.
The app does not require an account and does not include ads, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs. Internet access may be used only to open Google Play links or check whether a selected app has a public Google Play listing. Screen time records are not uploaded.
You can deny or revoke Usage Access at any time in Android Settings. If the permission is revoked, the app stops calculating charts. You can delete local app data by clearing Selected App Screen Time storage/data in Android Settings or by uninstalling the app. Exported backup files remain under your control in the location where you saved them.
