1. Information we do not collect

FloatPicTxt (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a utility app that displays floating images and teleprompter text over other apps. We do not:

• create or require a user account;
• collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details;
• collect or store your images, scripts, or other content on our servers;
• track your activity across apps or websites;
• use analytics tools or crash-reporting services that send data to us.

We do not operate any own backend server for this app.

2. Data stored on your device

All images, text scripts, and settings you use in FloatPicTxt are stored locally on your device only. This data is used solely to provide the app’s functionality (floating overlay, teleprompter, etc.) and is not transmitted to us.

If you uninstall the app, this locally stored data may be deleted by your device.

3. Permissions used

FloatPicTxt may request the following Android permissions (names may vary by device/version):

• Display over other apps / Draw over other apps
  Used to show the floating image/teleprompter overlay on top of other apps. We do not use this permission to read or modify content from other apps.
• Foreground service & notifications
  Used to keep the overlay running while you are using other apps, and to show a persistent notification so you can stop the service at any time.
• Photos/Media/Files or similar storage access (if requested)
  Used only to let you select images from your device to display in the overlay. We do not upload or share these files.

We do not use these permissions for any other purpose.

4. In-app purchases and payments

FloatPicTxt offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full version after a free trial.

• All payments are processed securely by Google Play.
• We do not receive your full payment information such as credit card or bank details.
• We only receive information from Google Play necessary to confirm that a purchase was made (for example, a purchase token), which is used solely to unlock the app on your device.

5. Advertising

FloatPicTxt does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers for ad tracking.

6. Children’s privacy

FloatPicTxt is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is intended for general use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Third-party services

Apart from Google Play services that are required for distribution and in-app purchases, FloatPicTxt does not integrate any other third-party services that collect personal data on our behalf.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Because we do not collect personal data through the app, there is no data to share.

9. Data security

Since your content remains on your device and we do not operate a backend server for this app, data security mainly depends on your device’s security features (screen lock, OS updates, etc.). We recommend keeping your device up to date and protected.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FloatPicTxt after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
