Information We Collect
WordPopper does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, location tracking, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, SMS access, or account sign-in.
Text, Styles, Fonts, and Exports
Text you type into WordPopper, visual styles, layout settings, imported fonts, floating text positions, and exported images are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
If you import a custom font, the selected font file is stored locally on your device so WordPopper can use it inside the app. WordPopper supports TTF and OTF font files.
Local App Data
WordPopper may save app settings locally on your device, such as selected style, color, opacity, layout preferences, language preference, guide reminder choices, imported font information, and Pro unlock state. This data stays on your device and is used only to provide app functionality.
Purchases
WordPopper may offer an optional Pro unlock through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play. WordPopper does not receive or store your payment card number or other payment card details. The app may store your Pro entitlement state locally so unlocked features remain available.
Permissions
WordPopper may request the following permissions:
- Display over other apps: used to show floating text above other apps.
- Foreground service: used to keep the floating text overlay active while you are using it.
- Notifications: used to show controls for opening the app panel or managing floating text while the overlay is active.
- Vibration: used for optional touch feedback.
Data Sharing
WordPopper does not share personal information with third parties. Since app content is processed locally, your typed text, imported fonts, and exported images are not sent to us.
Children's Privacy
WordPopper is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because WordPopper does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect such information from children.
Security
WordPopper is designed to keep your app content on your device. Please remember that exported files or screenshots may become accessible to other apps or people if you choose to share them.
